5. When the voltate is higher than 260V+-3%, the circuit is in the protection state;250V--260V belongs to the original state;
6. During tghe 3 minutes delay, press the key to cancel delay, then come into the normal state;
7. Pressing the key is invalid when the circuit is in the protection state or normal state.
